Eligible commercially insured patients pay as little as $0 for their first prescription and as little as $30 for refills.* Check with pharmacist for copay discount. Maximum savings limit applies; patient out-of-pocket expense may vary. Offer not valid for patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal or state healthcare programs.
